shipping

all items will ship within 1-2 business days

pick up

pick up is available from our home in plymouth. please only select this option if you are able to pick up within 3 business days. you will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up from our camera secured porch.

delivery

we offer free local delivery (48170 only) for orders over $40. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Only select delivery if you are comfortable with front door/porch drop off between 6am-8pm. the sunflower baby shop is not responsible for packages once dropped off (can provide photos upon request).

returns

we will accept returns via mail or porch drop off within 7 days. all items are inspected thoroughly and stored in our pet and smoke free home but we are humans and make mistakes so please reach out with any issues or concerns and we will provide a prompt resolution. we are unable to refund initial shipping costs.
